Counter pick #1 — Vayne vs Darius

Why it works: Vayne kites Darius before he Q-pulls into 5-stack hemorrhage. Vayne W procs (true damage every 3rd attack) shred Darius armor. Vayne R invisibility removes Darius all-in pressure.

Lane play: Stay max auto range. Trade with W procs only. Push wave 1 to draw Darius into bad positions. Item: Berserker's Greaves → Kraken Slayer → IE.
